  3. Customer Approval- We then arrange a further meeting or call to go through our proposal and change anything necessary to consolidate the plan.

  5. Hand Over- Your account manager will attend site on the final day of installation to ensure all standards have been met and carry out a customer hand over and demonstration of equipment.

  6. On-Going Support- All equipment installed by us is looked after by us. You will have updates on warranty agreements as well as checks up by your account manager to ensure you are as happy as the day it was installed!
