IT Support Assistant
Job Description: Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the IT industry? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, managing support tickets, and ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and provide initial support and troubleshooting assistance.
Create, update, and prioritize support tickets in our ticketing system.
Gather essential information from clients to diagnose technical issues effectively.
Route and escalate tickets to the appropriate IT professionals when necessary.
Monitor and follow up on ticket progress, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and ticket updates.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a seamless support process and share client feedback for continuous improvement.
Assisting with organisation of calendars and engineers schedules.
Communicate with the workshop to maintain the correct staff distribution.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00 with 1 hour lunch
